Photo Challenge & Tip: Low Perspective

I’m starting something new today, MBPhoto Challenge! Every Monday morning I will give you a Photography Tip to enhance your photography skills!! I challenge you to use the tip in your photography throughout the week. Take as many or as few pictures as you desire that week. Use any camera you have…DSLR, film, phone, or even a Polaroid. The only requirements to the MBPhoto Challenge is that you have fun and be creative!

Low Perspective

Lets get down low! Photographing from a low perspective gives your photo a fresh and different perspective. The most popular perspective to photograph in, is the photographer’s eye level. Shake things up and get down and dirty on the ground. Ok…you don’t have to lay on the ground if you don’t want to but squat down and document your subject at a low perspective. When you are setting up to take the photo tilt your camera to emphasize or eliminate objects in your photo. By photographing in a low perspective you will document an unusual viewpoint.
