In the kitchen with my Mom making Irish Potatoes! A special treat that she makes a sporadically throughout the year but always for St. Patrick’s Day. With only four ingredients these little candies are easy to make. Plus it’s kid-friendly.
Irish Potatoes
Ingredients
1 can sweet condensed milk
1 bag shredded coconut
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 tbs cinnamon
Instructions
Mix in medium size bowl, sweet condensed milk, shredded coconut, and confection sugar. Stir awat! Add more confection sugar if needed.
Roll about a teaspoon of the mixture into a ball and then roll in the cinnamon, until coated.
Place on Irish Potatoes on try and put in frig for a few minutes. Now they are ready to serve!! {Store in frig}
