After a rather early drive to and from the airport, all I wanted was a huge cup of coffee and homemade bread. This easy pumpkin chocolate chip bread hit the spot. Perfectly full of taste, moist consistency, and hearty. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients ::
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 ground ginger
3/4cup pumpkin puree
1 pinch allspice
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
optional :: chocolate chips :: as many as your heart desires
Instructions ::
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter and dust with flour a 9×5 loaf pan, set aside.
- Whisk together sugars, flour, spices, baking soda, and salt in large bowl.
- In same bowl, add pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Whisk until batter is smooth and clump free. Don’t Over Mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 55-65minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Then cool on a rack until ready to serve.
